The application of the technology of simulation of public space life allowed to determine the location and distribution of several functional objectson the territory of the Nikolsky Row courtyard. In addition, based on the statistics of visits of residents to the facilities and their characteristics, it was possible to compile lists of recommendations, which were included in the business model of space development.
Nikolsky Rows now is a cultural attraction in St. Petersburg and has been awarded many prizes and mentions. The project of the architectural bureau KATARSIS will be published on the website Arch Daily in 2021.
