Masiss was founded by a team of specialists with extensive experience in the key areas of architecture, urban planning, programming, economics and PR.
We use generative design and agent-based modelling to create smart public spaces. Our innovative platform for pre-project analysis helps architects, developers and municipalities make informed decisions at an early stage. We generate vibrant, sustainable places that consider the needs of the city and its inhabitants. Our technology is based on scientific research conducted at ITMO National Research University in Russia and has been used in the planning of two projects that are now operating successfully: Sevkabel Port and Nikolsky Rows in St. Petersburg.
